Terms governing merchant use of GreatsHub Rewards & Loyalty.

GreatsHub provides tools for configuring loyalty points, rewards, referrals, storefront displays and related reporting for Shopify stores. Merchants are responsible for program rules, customer-facing disclosures and compliance with applicable laws.
Account and authorization
You must have authority to install and configure applications for the connected Shopify store. You are responsible for keeping administrative access secure and for actions taken through authorized accounts.
Plans and billing
Available features and usage limits depend on the selected plan. Shopify displays and processes production subscription charges. Plan changes, trials, renewals and cancellations are governed by the billing terms shown during Shopify approval.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with processing, send unlawful communications, manipulate referrals fraudulently or use customer information without a lawful basis.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change to improve security, comply with Shopify requirements or maintain service quality.
Data and privacy
Processing of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. Merchants remain responsible for their customer relationships and applicable notices or consent.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of a particular revenue or customer outcome. Neither party excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
